Austria Robert Hanke 2 Handled Vase 1890's-1914 Hand Painted Blush Ivory w/Gold<br>Austria Robert Hanke 2 Handled Vase 1890's-1914 Hand Painted Blush Ivory w/Gold<br>Elegant Decorative 2 HANDLED VASE, Gold Outlined FLORAL SPRAYS on BLUSH IVORY, manufactured by Robert Hanke Porcelain Factory in Ladowitz, Bohemia, Austria,  circa 1890's-1914<br>DESCRIPTION:<br>This beautiful vase was skillfully designed by the artist.  The design includes floral sprays in the pink and green color palette with extensive raised gold outlining and highlighting.  This is hand painted on the lovely blush ivory background which is further highlighted by gold stripes and oak leaves.  The overall quality of the design is quite professional.  The gold trim on the rims is very rich looking and accents them.<br>CONDITION:<br>While this vase is classified as used, its condition is superb.  We can find no defects or damage.  There are no chips, nicks, cracks, rubbings, scratches, crazing or hairlines.  Overall, the gold trim is solid & glossy with no wear.  See the photos.<br>DIMENSIONS:<br>The vase has a widest diameter of 4" and a height of 8 3/8".  The bottom's diameter is 2 13/16".<br>HISTORY/MARKS:<br>This factory manufactured & decorated porcelain and gift items in Ladowitz, Bohemia, Austria (now Ledvice, Czech Republic) in the time period 1882-1945 when factory was closed.  In the early 1890’s, production capacity of pottery increased significantly from year to year and many high quality vases were exported within Europe and even to the United States.<br>Please view all pictures carefully as they are part of the description.
